Description
Sired by the well-loved and successful imported British Trakehner stallion Highfield Vivaldi ( Maestro/Donauwind) and out of the amazing International GP mare Im Sundays Silhouette; it is no fluke that this pony stallion is already producing quality performance foals as well as proving himself a tough performance pony too.
His breeding is second to non with outstanding direct International world class dressage and showjumping lines
2016 is Sunnys first season out competing and just like his sire, he is proving to be the ultimate dual purpose stallion.
He is competing in Dressage, Show Jumping and Horse Trials. Only lower levels currently but showing much technique and scope and always with his wonderfully quiet and gentle temperament.
Results currently include
Completing Moora Horse Trails laying 3rd over night on his dressage
6th at WA State Dressage Championships just one week after Moora
5th at Brigadoon Horse Trails….
10th at Wooroloo International Horse Trials in his first 80 class ( 2nd after the dressage, clear XC and only one rail down SJ)
7th in open Competion at the 2017 Dressage state champs
He is worked dailly with horses including mares with no fuss at all. Sunny has superb paces and is never out of the top 5 in his dressage. His canter is big and powerful and his trot elevated and flash.
Sunny seems to stamp his foals with his strong looks and good movement as well as flashy loud markings where the Sabino gene gained from his sire is coming through. you can view some of our own foals by sunny on the website www.primrosecourt.net/
Sunny is suitable over all types of mares but especially for refining large old fashioned types and to add movement and a little height to native pony types too.
His stud fee is currently only $550 LFG and this includes handling fees too.
Live cover for WA breeders and quality chilled can be shipped nationwide.
Sunny is part Trakehner ( 50%) and registered AWHA Sport Horse
