Acheron Splash of Magic, fondly known as Prickles, is a stunning multi Supreme Champion stallion.

His faultless temperament, extravagant movement, fantastic conformation with plenty of bone, and his huge bold and honest jump, make him the perfect all-rounder.

He is the perfect gentleman to handle and school with the most delightful and trainable nature. Prickles is a true performance horse, combining strength, athleticism, and movement.

Prickles was purchased by Gwynnellie Downs Welsh Cobs from Victoria in December 2009.  Since then he has been turning heads around the WA show circuit, successfully competing in hand and ridden at breed shows, and commencing his eventing career.

• Champion Welsh D Stallion at WA All Welsh 2010, 2011 & 2012

• Supreme Welsh Section D at WA All Welsh 2010.

• Champion Welsh D Stallion, Champion Welsh Section D and Champion Ridden Welsh Stallion 2010 Perth Royal Show.

• Champion Section D, Supreme Welsh, Supreme of Supreme Pony and Supreme Exhibit at the Bunbury All Breeds Spectacular 2010.

• Champion Section D, Supreme Welsh, Supreme of Supreme Pony at the Gosnells Winter Breed Show 2010 & 2011.

Prickles was also very successfully competed over east, winning countless Championships and Supremes, including Champion Welsh Hunter Stallion at the Victorian All Welsh Show 2005 and winning the Victorian Sire Ratings 2004, against 2 imported stallions.

He currently has over 45 progeny on the ground, with many winning Supreme titles both here in WA and in the Eastern States.

Prickles stands at public stud for $1000 (plus handling fees) and is available for natural service, and comes with a 24hr live foal guarantee.
