Equestrian Facility Hire in Swan Valley

Description

Brookleigh Equestrian Swan Valley has been described by Andrew Hoy, three times Gold Medallist for Australia, as “the finest equestrian training centre in the Southern Hemisphere”.

Situated in the heart of the Swan Valley in Western Australia, just 25 kilometres from the city of Perth and 10 minutes from the Airport, Brookleigh Estate is home to excellent equestrian facilities including a stunning limestone indoor school and a full-sized warm-up outdoor school.

The facilities are available for hire at very affordable rates and are suitable for clinics or small events, or individual use. . For those coming to Brookleigh from outside Perth, there is stabling available for your horse and accommodation for the rider.

The Indoor Arena at Brookleigh is every rider’s dream. Measuring 80m x 30m, it has an excellent and well-maintained surface suitable for both jumping and flatwork. There is a public viewing gallery, with PA system, which makes it an ideal venue for competitions, workshops and clinics. Adjacent to the Arena, in the main stable block there is a seminar room containing both IT and presentation facilities.

Brookleigh can also supply and set up a full set of competition showjumps, or an EFA approved dressage arena. Yards are available for hire, either with or without shelter and automatic waterers.

There is an Outdoor Arena, (60m x 20m) next to the indoor arena. This can be used as a warm up arena for either dressage or showjumping or as an additional arena for clinics or individual hire.

In addition to the outdoor arenas there is also a covered, floodlit Round Yard, (18m diameter) suitable for safe lunging or loose schooling. There is ample parking available for floats, with easy access, and accommodation is available for both horses and riders.

Brookleigh also has a full Cross Country training course that was designed by FEI course builder Wayne Copping, with a variety of jumps for all levels of riders. There are banks, ditches, two water complexes and other challenging obstacles. The course may be hired by the horse for private use or for clinics and events.

Groups and Clubs also use the Conference Facilities to hold meetings, talks and lectures in a relaxed and friendly setting.
