Seeking my dream horse!
After having had horses in the past not suitable, I will be rather picky. It’s a tall order, but I would love another Arab or Andalusian (or X) but they seem to fall out of my budget… No TB/SB or QH. Crossbreds are welcome. 

Will be ready to test ride/buy in about 2-3mths time after recovering from knee-surgery.

-Mare or gelding

-Around 10yo

-Up to 15.2hh

-Registered

-Broken in, with basic education

-Safe and sound

-Suit PC/ARC, unofficial showing (hacking/halter), clinics etc

-MUST be good with other horses (inc. 2 x minis and a yearling)

-Bonus if he/she is the ‘sympathetic type’ and able to look past my lack of strength as I come back into riding (i.e. my leg aids won’t be as precise). Something highly trained/very sensitive will not suit.

-I want something that I can enjoy taking out and showing occasionally, don’t really want something that’s been a “show-pony”. My horses are loved and well looked after, but live year round out in an open paddock. I don’t have stables and all my show prep is done straight from the paddock. I rug as needed, but most the time they are unrugged and are allowed to be woolly in winter 😉

-Budget up to approx $4k, depending on individual.

-Option available to swap for my registered Paint mare, green, 13yo, suit quiet bush riding/PC or anything not too intense – available as she hates the show scene – that’s what I’d like to do a bit more of.
