We purchased Heulwen over 10 years ago as a broodmare and she has produced many lovely foals for us. After weaning her last foal we brought her back into work as we are downsizing our breeding program. She was only ridden lightly for the first 6 months whilst she gained her fitness. In the last year she has competed lightly at pony club events and has also done some eventing. She has only competed in a handful of events and so is inexperinced in competion environments. She is great out on trail rides and she is the reliable and steady mount when we take our youngstock for their first rides off the property. She is also good at the beach. Fantasitc on the ground and a pleasure to have around. She needs restricted grazing for laminitis prevention (like most ponies) and is currently on 4Cyte for arthritis prevention. $2500 + GST
