DBV Equestrian is very proud to offer for sale this impressive Iberian Warmblood filly to the discerning buyer!

By Mayfield Pzazz (Jazz) from 16.2hh black PRE mare DBV Amapola (El Manteca Praylor).

Pzazz was imported from Holland and by Tineke Bartels brilliant 2002 WEG partner Jazz from an Amulet mare. Amulet (by Farn) is a half brother to Ferro who won world wide acclaim for his breathtaking presence and athleticism when ridden by the successful international competitor, Coby van Balen from The Netherlands.

Jazz is a well respected sire in Europe as he stamps his progeny with expressive movement and lightness of the forehand. Now his sons are making their mark with great movement and softness through the back, which is described as ‘rideability’! This is the special feature of top Dressage horses and cannot be manufactured, even by the best trainer.

Prim’s Dam DBV Amapola produced a sensational big black filly by Don Dancier (Imp Ger) who sold over east as a foal and is now about to commence her saddle training which is very exciting! I expect big things from her!

Amapola her self is a beautiful example of what a PRE mare should be. She is a big bodied mare with good bone but not too heavy. She has great feet and legs and moves with beautiful flowing STRAIGHT action. Amapola has wonderful type and its hard to find a mare of the quality in Australia is one out of the box and she is prodycing so well to warmblood stallions!

Primavera is a top class filly who is the whole package! She is very tall (will mature (16.3 -17hh) with great bone yet still modern & elegant. Prim has a very sweet temperament and is very giving and soft to work with. When she moves it’s simply effortless for her she has natural swing and impulsion with beautiful freedom in the shoulder!
