Not often comes a horse of this caliber on the market. Don Felipe is a three years old gelding with an outstanding pedigree and a potential to go to the very top in the dressage arena with the right rider. At his foal assessment Don Felipe scored 9 for type, 9.5 for body, 8.5 for walk, 7.75 for trot, 9.5 for canter and 9 for overall impression, and placed among the top ten foals  Australia wide assessed on the AWHA tour that year. On top  he has lovely temperament, is alert and curious. His sire, Don Primero is  by the famous Donnerhall and is full blood brother to Don Schufro. He was the world's leading dressage stallion for four years and in 2005 he received a breeding value index of 157 points, with an assurance of 98% heritability, from the German Equestrian Federation. His dam's sire, Le Primeur scored 9 for character, temperament, trainability, conformation and rideability and for his gaits he scored 6.5 for walk, 9.16 for trot, 9.84 for canter and 10 for natural jumping ability. Don Felipe has not been started and will need a rider that will bring him on slowly. He will thrive with a one to one relationship. Don Felipe is a very mild windsucker.
