Intelligent and responsive to quiet confidence – both in hand and when ridden. Kiaora hard ties, floats well and is easy to catch. Stands quietly for the farrier and if she really likes him/her she’ll lift the next hoof before they even get there. Calmly receives worming paste/needles and has only received non-sedated dentistry – with zero issues. Loves a wash/groom and adores being scratched absolutely everywhere!

Kiaora, AHAA registered,  is in regular work with Sascha of Yates Equestrian. Her temperament, willingness and dressage potential have been demonstrated. Her education will continue until a suitable home is found and her price will adjust accordingly. Kiaora has also attended horsemanship clinics, trail rides and been ridden for pleasure. Kiaora has been a lovely friend to me and others – she loves children.

Kiaora would suit an experienced home with a rider wishing to continue her education and keep her in regular work.

Kiaora has been on a nutritionally balanced diet and paddocked in an environment that encourages movement. She has also been barefoot trimmed and is sound on rocky terrain. Preference will be given to an environment where a similar approach to horse care is practiced.
