Description

Max is a tiny black fluffy pony who loves little childrenHe will stand all day to be fussed over by a group of little ones - brushed, led around being played with, being decorated with ribbons, having his little hooves picked out, being washed and shampooed.....he loves attention. He is a rarity in that even though he is a small pony, he doesn’t get through fences, he doesn’t get fat( he is in with my big mare and they have unlimited grass, round bales and hard feeds daily), and he is good for the farrier and dentist. As far as I can tell, and from inspections by vets and farriers, he has never foundered.I bought Max for my granddaughter and she has learnt to ride off the lead rein and is now ready for a larger pony. Max is suitable for children under school age, he is 28 years old, is healthy and happy and comes with his bridle, halter, pony pad, fly veil,  winter rug and show rugs.He is also an excellent companion pony as he is so easy to care for and is no fuss and bottom of the pecking order so stays away from the big horses hard feeds. He has many years left in him to make another little person happy. Has just had his hooves trimmed. Easy to catch...if he sees me coming with a halter he will try to duck off......but send a little person out to the paddock and he walks over to them . I believe  Max has been used for professional pony rides in the past which is probably why he is so quiet. Easily handled by little ones. My granddaughter was 2 when we got Max and she got just as much fun out of playing with him on the ground as she did by riding him. She is now 5 and ready for the next size ponyMax must go to a knowledgeable home where he will be well looked afterI’m not entirely sure of his height...but he is little!
