Looks like brand New allways been in the shed since i bought it and sadly never used . I brought it from a lady that used it 6 times from brand new and she brought it over from the easteren states via Europe comes with show wheels also and seat cover. Includes full harnes set in new condition. This sulky and harnes set would fit 14.3hh to 16hh horse
