Full Board Agistment Facilities Available:

• Beautiful setting, neat and tidy Horse Safe property
• 10 Minutes from Midland – 20 minutes to SEC
• Secure property with electronic front gates
• Supervision by experienced horse people who live on the property
• Walk in-out Stables or paddock/yards
• Full Feeding; 2 x hard feeds daily plus hay (Wide menu choice of top brand feeds)
• Stables and yards cleaned daily
• Rugging – on/off once per day am and pm
• Under Cover Round Yard with lights and sprinkler system
• Enclosed Outdoor Arena with Floodlights
• Indoor Arena for comfortable riding in all weather, ride at night under lights, riding to music
• Hot/cold water wash bays
• Own locker for gear or space in tack room
• Crush and Vet Facilities
• Use of trotting poles and jumps
• Stable lighting for show preparation
• Trail Riding along Railway Reserves Heritage Trail which runs right past front of property (Riding companions available.)
• Experienced Horse Educator on hand to assist you with your horse if required
• Medical conditions catered for
• Full bathroom facilities with showers
• Tea and Coffee Facilities, BBQ and Entertainment Area
• Washing machine for rugs and saddle cloths
• Lessons available and a wide variety of clinics held regularly!
  

Full Board including free use of all facilities  – $165 per week

Additional Extras Options:

• Stabling at night $20 per week
• Float parking available on site $10 per week

Short stay and Overnight agistment also available

Agisting at Sunninghill you can always ride in comfort, whenever you want, whatever the weather. Ride at night under lights or try riding to your favourite music on the PA. With full agistment we take care of everything for your horse 24/7 so that you can spend your time with your horse doing what you really want. Friendly, helpful staff, with support and assistance on hand for young, inexperienced or nervous horse owners.
