Ruby is a sweet little mare, standing at 13 hands high and registered part welsh. Ruby has been there, done that. She is very easy to handle, good for kids to catch, rug, lead, tack up, pick up feet etc. Truly a well behaved kids pony! Ruby has a nice, comfortable walk, trot and canter, she is easy to get moving, and has good brakes. She does enjoy popping over some little jumps, and is very honest. She is nice and steady for kids learning and trots over little x rails nicely, or can easily clear 65cm for more ambitious riders. I would think Ruby would suit as a second pony for someone wanting to do a little more. Although recently she has been ridden as a beginner pony, and has had no problems with this. Ruby is 18years old, and still has plenty of years to enjoy with a young rider. There aren't many ponies around like Ruby for sale!
