An outstanding opportunity to purchase a young unspoilt gelding with proven performance bloodlines.

His sire Sambo needs no introduction, a multiple open camp draft winner across the state and arguably one of the best performed stallions in WA, with multiple camp draft winning progeny performing at the moment.

His dam Kools Rambling Rose ‘Sally’ has been with our family for over 15 years and has taken me to win junior camp draft titles, barrel races, undecorating events, ladies and open camp drafts across the state until we were forced to retire her at ten years old due to a paddock injury that made her unsound to ride.

Mervyn is her second foal, her first ‘Coco’ is currently competing in reining events across the state with great success. I am confident that Mervyn will become an outstanding camp draft/performance horse, he has plenty of ‘zing’ as well as he lovely trainable nature that Sally has passed on.

He is good to catch and float and has been professionally backed late last year. we have put him out to grow since getting him back from the breaker and he is maturing nicely, should reach about 15hh. His dam is 15.1hh.

I devastated to have to offer him for sale but have had to move into the city for my career and he is being wasted in the paddock. I have retained his two younger sisters.

He is only offered for sale to an experienced competition home here he can excel.
