Description

Lyric is an expressive moving horse destined for the dressage arena. He has three lovely paces, a soft snaffle mouth and is very responsive to leg aides.

He has beaut confirmation and is sired by Flowervale San Diego (who only had two progeny before he was gelded and went on to be a successful dressage horse. Lyric’s half brother is the very successful show hack B.P. Cassonova).

Lyric won his first prelim test a couple of years ago at MR Dressage Spectacular with the judge surprised it was his first comp.

He also competed at his first showjumping comp at Harvey Ag Show last year in the 65cm and 75cm and handled it like the champ he is.

Lyric is a pleasure to catch, float, clip and a farrier’s dream.

Unfortunately Lyric’s owner has hung onto him over the years hoping life would settle down and she would get to compete him more. However, it is now apparent that horseriding is not on her radar with a new career and a young family.

He is a kind horse that tries his heart out. However, he is still green and needs an experienced (and competive) rider to see him through to his potential.
