Description

Liberty has been with us since 4 weeks old. She is a delightful mare, and we looked at her going into our rda program, however her size (too tall and not bulky enough for our big riders) is really not what we are after these days. With a great temperment, she has been getting lots of rda training, and our junior coaches (who have put a lot of work into her), are very disappointed we are selling her on. We have taken her to the beach, adult riding club, trek rides, she has led bush rides out with lots of rubbish and bikes and kangaroos etc. Shes not a spooky horse at all. Liberty would rather go slow than fast, and is great out in the bush, and at new places.

She has recently been to WH&PC for some s/j training rounds, and was fantastic. We have got some video footage of it, though i would need someone with more experience than me to be able to send it to you!

Liberty has had some fantastic work put into her from Heath at Salt River, and is ready for a mature rider who wants to put more work into a horse, for a horse that is really a very capable horse for the right rider. She has done some jumping with us, but its not her forte, however will happily pop over logs out in the bush etc.

Floating has probably been our biggest issue with her, and will now float easily with a knowledgable home. She would be better off with someone with good groundwork skills, as we have lots of people at rda with no horse experience, which she can take full advantage of! No trials off the property, vet checks very welcome.

Liberty’s mum is a Fresian x QH, and is registered with the Aust Fresian Warmblood H.S. She is at our RDA centre and is used within our program (although is comparatively smaller at 14.3hh). Her sire is from Bindoon, the lovely and very beautiful Azreil F.S. from Night Shade Friesians. 

She is not a big build, and suits smaller adults, or teenagers that are sensible and looking for a sensible horse, with nice movement, fairly easy to ride but that can be educated further. I think she still has some growing and filling out to do however, as apparently Fresians have slow growth development (even up to 8yo)
